Monthly payouts without manual request creation
Before: standard employee payout requests were created manually every month
We built: automatic request creation, approval by the direct manager and finance manager, then handoff to the payout process
After: recurring payouts start automatically while approval remains controlled
Contracts with different approval routes
Before: around 10 contract types followed different approval rules depending on type and amount
We built: approval routes plus an automatic approval sheet with date, time, approver role and a QR code linking to the task

Before: before launch, employees entered the same program data twice: in Planfix and in a scoring spreadsheet
We built: data transfer from Planfix to the spreadsheet, return of scoring results and an automatic decision for the next route
After: duplicate entry is gone, and programs that fail scoring are automatically removed from production
Vacancy and candidate approval outside email threads
Before: hiring requests came through forms, while follow-up questions and approvals moved into email
We built: forms connected to Planfix: a vacancy request is created, approval stages begin, then the candidate is approved with data requested through a form

Before: an existing process created a separate subtask for every stage, making support harder

Before: the procurement website had poor notifications, so the team checked for relevant new orders every 30-40 minutes
